“Sea vegetables contain a rich cache of a highly absorbable, densely concentrated, life-supporting colloidal minerals. Enzymes in the raw apple cider vinegar marinade help the upper stomach break down the plant fiber – helping to release its cache of minerals. Sea vegetable contain iodine, which accelerates thyroid function and sets the metabolic weight, a very important step in healing obesity.”
