14 Day Lifefood Nutritional Fast – DAY 1 by Jacqueline

Today was DAY 1 of the 14 day lifefood nutritional fast slightly modified for a working person. I am prepping today and tomorrow and flushing Sunday. I will then prep for 5 days and flush the following Saturday.  Then continue to prep for at least 4 day and fit in one more flush the week after.
DAY 1: Woke up and had 30m minute castor oil pack.
First thing in the morning I had a baking soda/epsom salt drink: 1 tsp epsom salts/1 tsp baking soda and squirt of lemon. Drink it down while fizzing. This can be an interesting feeling as it bubbles up in the stomach. This morning in about 30 minutes I was ready for the bathroom.

For breakfast I had an EZ tea with some chai and a little earthmate. Little bit of stevia and a tiny bit of coconut butter and some seed milk (made from sunflower seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and 2 brazil nuts, and 2 walnuts – just enough water to double the volume, some sea salt to taste, little bit of coconut oil).
Then I had my herbs of 1/3 tsp of evacuease, 1 tsp digest aid – both on a slice of pear.

Around 10 am I had an apple cider vinegar drink. 2 oz apple cider vinegar, 2 oz concentrated juice with bubbly water and a little bit of stevia.

At 10:30 I had more herbs on a slice of pear.

At noon I had electrolyte lemonade again with herbs but this time with a little coconut butter and honey and a tiny bit of salt (knowing that I would be teaching Bikram Yoga at night)

At 2pm again with herbs and another apple cider vinegar drink.

At 5pm I had more electrolyte lemonade in anticipation of teaching yoga.

At 9pm after the yoga class I had an incredible Lifefood soup that I will call broccoli/onion.
Recipe for soup:
Started with the water from fermented vegetables that still had some onion in it and jalapeno peppers.
Added 1/4 broccoli head
1/8 red pepper
1/8 onion
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ginger
clove garlic
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp turmeric
Blended all of this and then served slightly heated with olive oil on top, hemp seeds and a little more turmeric. Sooo yummy.

10pm 1/3 tsp evacuease, 1 tsp digestaid

Before going to bed I will have another epsom salt and baking soda drink with lemon. And then a castor oil pack…
