14 Day Lifefood Nutritional Fast – DAY 10/11/12 by Jacqueline

DAY 10. This is the day after the flush. I only released a couple of stones. I contribute this to not enough castor oil packs and rest. Rest is extremely important during the fast and especially during the flush days. There is also the massage and percussion of the liver and gall bladder while you are resting that help to loosen the stones so they will be released. I am meditating more and feel more grounded. I am releasing a lot of emotions and have particularly clear memories of past attachments and emotional trauma. I find the longer I stay on blended lifefood and my food consumption is reduced I have more things that come up for me and that I am able to release. It is a cleansing of the emotional and mental realms as well as the physical realm. I am drawn to working on myself esoterically.

Today and the next two days Days 11 and Days 12 were similar preparation days, as I was not able to do the flush today because of work constraints. My schedule will permit me to do another flush on Day 14. Not the ideal schedule but I am fitting this into my work schedule. 5am early morning with a 30min castor oil pack. epsom salts/baking soda drink with a squirt of lemon. Herbs: digest aid and evacuease. Then an EZ Tea for the road. Off to do a bikram class.

9am Apple cider vinegar drink. More EZ tea to sip throughout the morning

11am Herbs: digest aid and evacuease with a slice of pear. Apple cider vinegar water.

1pm Electrolyte lemon with blueberries. Herbs: digest aid and evacuease.

3pm Apple Cider Vinegar drink and some more EZ tea. I am not feeling very hungry at all.

5pm Herbs: digest aide and evacuease with coconut butter and a couple drops of honey.

8pm Made an incredible soup of Orange-Squash-Ginger Lifefood soup. Recipe is below.. very tangy and refreshing.

Will finish up with some more herbs and off to bed early with a nice relaxing castor oil pack. The packs really are soothing.. last night I fell asleep with it on and woke up the next morning….:)

Orange-Squash-Ginger Lifefood Soup

1/4 Butter Squash
1/2 orange
1/2 inch piece of ginger
4 celery stalks
irish moss (pre blended)
1/4 c coconut water
2 green onions
2 tbsps sunflower seeds
sea salt

Add water slowly until desired amount of liquid.

Blend everything then warm slightly. Sprinkle with hemp seeds, a little olive oil. Very good and tangy.. add more ginger if you want it more spicy.
