    We digest our food before it has time to grow mold, so why would sweet potatoes, and beets be a problem? I understand that they wouldn’t reproduce after one or two years in nature, but don’t understand why that would affect the body when digested in 30 min-120 min.( I think it’s up to 2 hrs for starches) . Beets are supposed to be full of antioxidants…
